Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email, and avatar (from Google sign-in or the email you sign up with), the content you create (boards, lists, cards, comments, files), and basic product analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the Service.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't read your boards except when needed to operate the Service, investigate abuse, or when you ask us to for support.

Sharing and visibility

Content on shared boards is visible to the people it's shared with, subject to the per-list visibility settings the board owner controls. Hidden lists are excluded from shared collaborators' access at the server level.

Service providers

We use vetted infrastructure providers to run ClipTask: Vercel (hosting), Convex (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments, if you upgrade), and PostHog (product analytics). Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Your rights

You can export your content, correct your details, or delete your account and its data by contacting us. We retain backups for a limited period after deletion.
