Terms of Service

ClipTask is an online kanban board service operated from the United States. By creating an account or using cliptask.com and my.cliptask.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the content you upload. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in method secure — anyone with access to your email or Google account can access your ClipTask account.

Your content

You own the boards, cards, and files you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display that content to you and the people you share it with. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, to distribute malware, to infringe others' rights, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Free plans are free. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account — access continues through the end of the billing period.

Service and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
