Cliptask Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Cliptask! By accessing or using our project management application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Cliptask.

1. Use of Cliptask

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cliptask. By using Cliptask, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of Cliptask, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content

2.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Cliptask (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Cliptask a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of Cliptask.

2.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post any User Content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use Cliptask for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Cliptask
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Cliptask or its related systems
  • Use Cliptask to transmit spam or unsolicited messages

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Cliptask Ownership

Cliptask and its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cliptask and its licensors. Cliptask is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4.2 Trademarks

The Cliptask name and logo are trademarks of Cliptask. You agree not to use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Cliptask

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Cliptask at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of Cliptask, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@cliptask.local.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cliptask is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Cliptask will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cliptask, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use Cliptask; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Cliptask; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Cliptask by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Cliptask; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cliptask operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use Cliptask after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
